1. General Terms and Basis of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding document between the 9p99 platform and all its users ("Member" or "User"). By using the 9p99 website, mobile site, or any related service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. 9p99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and the updated version will take effect upon publication on the site.

This agreement is written in Bengali and applies to users in Bangladesh. These terms remain in effect regardless of the user's location, device, or method of connection.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

If a user creates an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited. 9p99 may request valid identity documents for age verification at any time.

Other Eligibility Requirements

You must have an active bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your own name.
Each individual may open only one 9p99 account.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
If 9p99 requests identity verification at any time, the user is obligated to provide it.

3. Account Registration and Management

When creating an account on 9p99, users must provide complete and accurate information. 9p99 reserves the full right to suspend or close an account in cases where incorrect information has been provided.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 9p99 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We accept only the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS):

Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Upay — The mobile wallet of United Commercial Bank.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the mobile number used at the time of account registration. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 9p99 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification before processing withdrawals.

If any bonus is active on your account, winnings earned from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

9p99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own rules. The general bonus policy is described below.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200.
Deposit ৳10,000 or more → Bonus capped at ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳15,000.

Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.

Example: For a ৳1,200 bonus, wagering = ৳1,200 × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing earnings from the bonus.

General Bonus Rules

A bonus applies to one account only — claiming a bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited.
9p99 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
If evidence of manipulation or dishonest bonus claiming is found, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
If the bonus is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus portion will be cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets on 9p99 are conducted under clearly defined rules. Each game and sportsbook has its own detailed rules, which can be found in the relevant section.

Reasons for Bet Cancellation

If an event or game is not completed due to a technical error.
If clearly incorrect odds or information are displayed.
If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason.
If evidence of match-fixing or corruption is found.

Technical Errors

If a game or bet is not completed due to server issues, internet disconnection, or software errors, 9p99 will attempt to refund the amount for that bet, though this is not a guaranteed commitment.

9p99 is not responsible for any issues caused by the user's device or internet connection.

7. VIP Program and Cashback

9p99's VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy greater benefits.

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

VIP tier changes are at the sole discretion of 9p99. Cashback is added to the balance at a set time each week. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9p99 platform, and violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Creating accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits ("bonus hunting").
Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated system.
Attempting to influence outcomes through match-fixing or any other dishonest means.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
Engaging in abusive or threatening behavior toward other users or staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 9p99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. No guarantee of uninterrupted service or freedom from errors is given. 9p99 is not liable for any loss in the following cases:

Temporary service disruption due to technical errors or server downtime.
Issues with third-party software or game providers.
Any loss caused by internet connection problems.
Loss resulting from a user's account information falling into another person's hands.
Financial losses arising from betting or gaming.

In the event of any dispute, 9p99's system records will be considered the final evidence.
